Civil Sydneyis committed to the effective management of problems concerning drug and alcohol use on its work sites and with this in mind:

The possession or consumption of prohibited drugs is prohibited on allCivil Sydneywork sites.

The consumption of alcohol on allCivil Sydneywork sites is prohibited during working hours.

Persons taking prescribed drugs under adoctorsdirection must inform their supervisor if there is a possibility that drug may impair that persons ability to perform their usual duties safely. Alternative duties may be offered if available.

In all cases, persons found to be under the influence of alcohol or prohibited drugs will not be permitted to commence work and furthercounselling/ disciplinary action may result.

Civil Sydney recognisesimplements random Drug & Alcohol Testing. It also fully commits to any client worksite requirements for testing. AllCivil Sydneyemployees will in turn be expected to conform to these requirements.
