Civil Sydney has a diverse Plant & Equipment fleet that allows us to tackle all aspects of pile and foundation construction.
We have our own dedicated Plant Manager (Rod Witt) who insures all of our plant and equipment is kept to the highest standard. We also run our own service truck and fully equipped workshop which allows us to minimise downtime.
All plant has a daily pre-start recorded inspection prior to being used and our Plant Manger undertakes a recorded Monthly inspection on all plant items. All our piling rigs, attachments and KATO crane have 12 monthly Crane Safe Inspections and NDT crack testing. Copies of these are available through the links on this page.

We have three Late model HITACHI excavators, 16 – 24TON specially equipped for piling operations. We have a range of Excavator Mounted Vibrators, Impact hammers, mini pile hammers and augers. This coupled with the extended reach, stability and manoeuvrability means we are able to adapt to most site conditions. These machines also have a full range of buckets, tilt bucket hammers and compactors for all earthworks requirements.

We operate two specialty tracked drill rigs that allow us to take on a wide range of jobs, from residential construction to large industrial and Civil Projects. The versatility of these rigs which includes low head room operation means they can be adapted to most aspects foundation construction

We also have a JUNTTAN PM-20 heavy duty pile driving rig equipped with a 5TON driving Hammer. Self-erecting leader with extendable counterweight and track frame mean this machine is highly capable for all aspects of driven piles.

Our KATO 16TON fully hydraulic crawler crane as an extremely versatile machine. Able to be equipped with a wide range of piling hammers and vibrators allows us to not only complete onsite lifts but also undertake piling works where plant access to the work face may be an issue
